I – the founder of Mộc Vân Phát – once believed that because my zodiac element was “Fire,” every plant I touched would die.

Instead of choosing the “easy” way, I chose the “hard” one.
While others focused on “clean,” I started from the “dirty” — washing coconut fiber day after day, cleaning from the very root.

I believe that in business, integrity is the ultimate difference.
That’s why Mộc Vân Phát must be clean from the root, and clean from the heart.

Clean alone wasn’t enough — because no matter how well you wash it, coconut coir is still an inert material.

So I continued to study, visiting farms, observing, experimenting, and learning how to blend growing media.

Each formula shared by growers helped me understand plants — and the craft of cultivation — more deeply.

But I realized one thing:

“If you want real results, you must plant with your own hands.”

I started growing myself, testing whether I truly “lacked the touch” as I once thought.
