2. Return & Refund Policy
To ensure customer satisfaction, Mộc Vân Phát applies a return policy under the following conditions:
Products damaged during transportation (with photo evidence).
Products delivered with incorrect specifications or inconsistent with the order description.
Technical defects originating from the manufacturer.
Return request timeframe: Within 7 days from the date of receipt.
